L' Originale  – C'est l'originale, quoi! Made with a blend of whole and white wheat flours. Find deep flavor profiles, a touch of sourdough, and an open crumb in every bite.  

Fantabulous Baguettes – A perfect balance between golden crust and soft supple crumb. Sold as a matching pair.

Stealthy Healthy Whole Grains – With oats, flax, sesame, sunflower, whole wheat, and a mix of ancient grains, this batard is good for you, but don’t let that scare you off. It tastes fantastic too.

The Sophisticate – Kalamata olives and spices fill this batard with bold Mediterranean flavors. (every other week)

Roasted Toasted Sesame – Sesame seeds infuse the crumb of this batard and lie toasted along the crust lending a mild nut-like flavor to this bread. (every other week)

Rippin’ Rye – As long as you are not is search of a rye doorstop, you will love this rye.  With hints of onion and caraway, your Rueben, pastrami or other rye bread dreams await. (every other week)

Bagool Bagels – A sourdough take on the authentic boiled bagel. Salt, Sesame, Plain, Poppy, and Everything. Bagels are available for bread subscription customers only.

Po Pum  – Not ho hum, this round polenta pumpkin seed loaf will surprise you with its complex, pleasing flavors. 

Oh So Sourdough – A classic in its simplicity, wonderful in its taste. Formed as a round boule or Batard. 

Floured-Nose Ciabatta – You find out why its called floured-nose after your first encounter with this white flour loaf. It is open, airy and silky smooth. Perfect for sandwiches or olive oil and vinegar. Just look in the mirror to make sure no one else knows what you have been eating.

Birds and Bees Chamomile and Honey – Like a walk in a garden alive with flowers and nectar, this batard is perfect with jam and butter. To dispel any local lore, it is not being advertised as an aphrodisiac. (every other week)
